Step 1: Submit Payment and Contact Info

Immediately after your order is placed, our listing office will contact you by email or phone to begin listing your home on the MLS. Please monitor your inbox closely—including your spam or junk folder—for important next steps.

Step 2: Complete Online Required Paperwork

We’ll send you all the necessary listing instructions and forms based on your MLS, state, and assigned broker. The entire process is typically completed 100% online and can be done from your phone, tablet, or computer. Return the documents via email, fax, or through our secure online submission portal—whichever is most convenient for you.

Step 3: Submit Property Photos

Upload your high-quality photos to our system or email them as attachments. We’ll format and post them professionally on your listing.

Step 4: Your Listing Goes Live

Once all required paperwork and photos are submitted, your flat fee MLS listing will go live within 24 to 48 business hours. It will appear on major real estate websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, and Trulia. In addition, thousands of local real estate agents will be able to view your property directly through the MLS as soon as your assigned broker posts the listing.
